- As I said earlier, I am a wife. I see BJ and myself as a team traveling on some bazaar journey trying to figure out what God is up to and how we fit into it. Also, I am very close to my parents, and my older brother, John (I call him Bro), is one of my best friends. My other best friend, Theresa, has been in my life since we were about three years old. Here at ACU, my friends and I have a group we call Fat Tuesday in which we take turns cooking for each other on Tuesday nights. When six girls come together with food and chocolate, it is bound to get interesting. Although my major is art education, I am seriously considering pursuing a Master in Art History after this degree. I have been called on several occasions a domestic feminist. I know is doesn’t sound like it makes much sense, but that is a fairly accurate label. A close friend and former roommate of mine, Emerald McGowan, once referred to me as “a Democratic, pacifistic, cat-loving Texan.” This is also more true than I want to admit. As a side note, Tony is currently in my lap torn between the options of biting my typing fingers or cuddling with me. He is so cute.

Is this the result of you having a very active baby? Or is this the source of that bad stomach bug you had this week?
Shep likes chucking things in the commode, Em loves watching things flush down it (Yeah, THAT'S not awkward)...something would be amiss if I didn't note that this is basically a perfect match.
